Our D has been the biggest disappointment this season. We need the D to start to play the entire game.

Both safties are pretty bad, to go along with poor team tackling.

Chris Parks is disaster waiting to happen too. I think the blown coverages were Jay Scott, Shakiel Randolph and Chris Parks after watching replay. How often do you get away with 3 blown coverages like that

I noticed that we always start our drives at about the 13 yard line, whereas our opponent usually starts at about the 40. ( minus the Deion return)

I appreciate your point, but I wonder what the stats are for our last three games (conference games). I would think we're a lot better now.

Redzone TDs: SMU (14-19) 73.6% Opponents (13-13) 100%

yeah I was about to say it would be bad because Memphis only got in Red Zone twice when they scored at end of game and they got a turnover near goal line. Rutgers and Temple dropped 100 on us. Heck Rutgers was 3 for 3 on Red Zone TDs in Overtime

What idiot, and I think I know his name taught these guys to call for fair catches at the 4 yard
line

Twice they did that

June's got a soccer coach running ST, we should feel fortunate Taylor didn't try to head the ball

This years defense is actually about the same as last year's defense. Johnny Manziel tore us up last year, and he tore us up this year. Tech is a top 20 team in the country and they ran us off of the field, like Baylor last year. The main difference is the turnover margin. Last years defense had a bunch of turnovers, this year not so much. The offense has been brutal with the turnovers. GG hasn't thrown many ints, but the running backs and wide receivers have been absolutley horrible.

The d has been a big disappointment this year. Injuries have hurt us and not getting turnovers has kept us behind the 8ball.
