Big 12 preparing to implode

Texas, Tech, OU and OSU leave the big 12 to implode by itself and move to Pac-12
Iowa State, Kansas and Kansas St. get added to Big Ten
West Virginia to the ACC
TCU and Baylor get left behind and end up in either MWC or American Athletic
but before that...they will add 2 more teams to make it to 12, because they need to have a conference championship game or they stand to lose their berth in the college football playoff. SMU and Cincinatti will be added, they are Teams that Texas can easily control and will not mind jumping into a sinking Big 12 and not get paid TV rights for "first 4 years". Kinda like what is happening to TCU and WVU right now. Warm bodies to prepare the big 12 for implosion...once they leave, they will accuse the failure of the conference to "SMU, TCU and Baylor's horrible attendance/fan base and no value to TV contract" and as a pretext not to bring us in on the next realignment, effectively screwing the private schools all over again like in SWC era

I think Texas, OU, OSU, and Tech will eventually bolt for the Pac-12 when the B12 grant of rights expires...whenever that is. Baylor could win five straight national titles and the Pac-12 still wouldn't touch them.
Iowa St. will never get into the B10- hard to see them adding KU and KSU either. If they go to 16 it will be with some combo of ND/UVA/UNC....although the ACC has a pretty ironclad GOR if I remember correctly.
Hard to see WVU ever getting into the ACC. They're a train wreck academically. SEC would make more sense but still a longshot IMO. Not much of a media market in WV unless they can bring Pittsburgh TV sets with them.
Our best hope is B12 implodes with the Big 4 leaving, and we get in with merger of B12, MWC, and AAC.
North- KU, KSU, WVU, ISU, BYU, Boise or Air Force?
South- Baylor, TCU, SMU, UH, Tulsa (?), UNM (?) [could also sub Tulane in here]
Although if SEC and/or B10 ultimately raid the ACC, we might see ACC/B12 merger of remaining schools.

Ultimately we need to keep going to bowl games and start reeling off 9-10 win seasons and putting more butts in Ford Stadium. Our rise in basketball prominence will also help

Honestly I think Baylor has better shot going to the PAC then future farmers university. I get Baylor is a private Christian college which is wrong on their part in so many ways to exclude a university simply for its believes but I expect that from the hypocritical nut jobs in fruit and nut land of California. I think they will look to any other school than sad tech. Nevertheless your best hope situation still keeps us out so we need to do like everyone else has been saying and really getting on the 10-2 or better track and be a great b-ball school to get some attention.

Oh really? Do you prefer we talk about Blue Uniforms, or Peruna or Attendance?
