How does our running game look like for next year?

Will Prescott be ready for the big time?
KC Nlemchi?
Shead?

The pantry is bare. The next coach is going to have to start from scratch.

Prescott can become better than his brother. His HS record demonstrates he was better than Zach in HS. We will have to see how he will handle college ball.

Prescott (at least as a freshman) lacks the speed or vision to be a D1 running back. He should be moved to LB.

Nmelchi is our most consistent performer and has done well holding onto the ball. There was talk of moving Ronnell Sims (hurt) to RB in the earlier fall practices. He was a dynamic talent in high school. Colin Lagasse could play a bit of RB as well. Yes the cupboard is quite bare. We will be throwing it 45-60 times a game again next year.

I think we are fine at RB, we have All three back and one can only assume they will be bigger, better and more sure headed.

I can't believe people are writing off players for next year already. Think about Cincy.

I would be happy if Prescott doesn't play another down at RB for SMU.

Is he that bad? If you look at his stats, he has been improving significantly from where he started...I think he is averaging 6 yds per carry instead of 2 at the beginning of the season

What about Everett dickerson? He's listed as a WR on our roster but was a RB in high school.

That's right. I think we will be okay in running game. We are pass heavy, but we still need a running back corps that can put 100+ yards on the ground for our "RUN AND SHOOT" to work.

So far Prescott has shown almost no burst[which Zach had] and without that he is headed to linebacker I would think.

Everett Dickerson is a receiver at SMU.
