I would be happy with just hiring an actual special teams coach. But yes, our poor tackling has been driving me nuts for years BOP - Providing insensitivity training for a politically correct world since 1989.
Re: The New Coach.Learning to tackle would be great. At this point, just actually practicing of tackling would make me giddy. I saw a ton of missed tackles yesterday. What was worse, the bad angles, lack of effort, lack of physicality and in an instance or two (Scott and Parks), an attempt to manuever out of position so that a tackle attempt couldn't even be made. There are some on D who need a spell, or longer, on the bench.
