No bowl for the Frogs this year. I'd love to see us get 2 more W's and get a postseason bowl berth while they stay home

they need more SMU type programs on their schedule; it's tough having 9 conference games and if we ever get to the point where we are a threat to them, they will probably opt out of our game and schedule more soft non-conference games

have to admit that was an exciting game in front of a great crowd at K-State

SMU might go bowling and maybe get paid 1 million for going, while TCU gets to stay at home crying and collect 15 million from the Big 12...poor TCU

No, I am just stating the real deal. We didn't play good enough to earn a bowl game. 6-6 is not playing good, it's mediocrity.

What if we finish 7-5? Unlikely, I know.

I realize bowl games are like participation ribbons now, but they're still a measuring stick in some respects. I'd rather be in one than not, even at 6-6. Plus it's increased exposure for your program on ESPN, which is never a bad thing.

Just like their football program which is in an all time low right now. This is the first time they don't go bowling since like 2003 or 2004...

I agree it is good exposure. I want the team to prove that we can go 7-5 and bowl this year. UCF and Houston are CUSA rivals and we should have them figured out by now. I understand Rutgers and Cincy were new teams which we had never played before (and still we only lost by 3 points on both of those) but there is no excuse for UCF and Houston.

TCUs all-time low was when they lost 15 in a row to us from 1972-1986 (only had 1 winning season during that time).

I guess I was looking at it from a more recent time frame. I want us to go back to that! 15 wins in a row vs TCU!

The 1 million would be part of the conference pool.......

So realistically we would get 100k from that game...jeez
