Also posted this on the recruiting board, but since this board gets more traffic:
Brandon Helwig

UCF is taking a QB in this class: Tyler Harris (@T8HARRIS), who had been committed to SMU, recently flipped to the Knights.

Well that was totally expected. Loosens up our QB logjam, of course we had to lose the one that actually had FBS offers and to a conference opponent no less.

I'm sure we will soon be told by "inside sources" that SMU's coaching staff "cooled" on him.

I'm sorry CK, you're right. I was thinking this whole college "scam" was about getting a college education. How dare you want a top education that you can use for 40 years of your life when you can have 40,000 7-11 workers screaming for you while on lunch break. I agree, not a tough choice.

Yeah, if football doesn't work out for him professionally, he really made a poor choice in terms of earning power and alumni connections of a UCF diploma vs. an SMU diploma

When are you guys going to realize that for the majority of kids, this isn't something that's a top priority

Wait you mean a degree in Sports and Fitness from Directional U isn't the gateway to career prosperity?
