Houston doesn't view SMU as a rivalry. Hell, TCU doesn't either.

That's right, though TCU fans don't think of it as a rivalry anymore especially now that they're building real rivalries in the Big 12.

They like to think that's what they are doing. I'm not sure the rest of the B12 considers them very much.
