Looks like June is trying to negotiate his contract through the media and force SMU to sign him to an extension. I wonder what else he will do now that he has feed all that stuff to Gosselin.

SMU already signed his replacement. It will be a surprise to everyone in the country.

And yes, June is fighting for his job...

Dale Hansen will be next

If JJ is gone Dale will have a field day blaming spoiled SMU and their fans.

I heard Jerry Jones is taking the job to prepare for next season when he takes over for Garrett.

You might be right. He might go on there Sunday saying how tough it is at SMU and how he is thinking over a contract extension.

JJ probably wouldn't talk to Dale in person. They couldn't fit their egos in the same room.

To get the public exposure I believe June would do it. He has been on Dale's show a few times before.

Agreed on the Gosselin thing...completely ridiculous and uninformed article. JJ is counting on the collective ignorance of the public as well as the majority of our "fan base". He is trying to get paid on the basis of absolute mediocrity disguised as success due to how bad our program was for 25 years.

I just hope it doesn't work....honestly, I'm worried.
