Posted: Sat Dec 07, 2013 3:15 pmWe can talk all we want to about how CUSA is a worse conference now, but even when we were in, it wasn't that difficult and we never won the championship. Wouldn't it be nice to actually have one under our belts at this point. Even our current conference doesn't include world beaters and we aren't competing at the top. Frustrating.

Saying we aren't competitive in the AAC is silly. And in CUSA we would be even more so.

The Rice coach said that he would tell recruits that they had a SWC championship (while out recruiting).
