“I have an inner-city ministry that I started and really feel I have more work to do, and that’s why I’m going to be in Dallas probably for the rest of my career,” Jones said.

I'll take a prophet of Jesus if they are also a prophet of touchdowns.

I was raised NOT to disparage the faith of any Christian.

Having said that, I heard Matthew 22: 15 -22 often in Sunday School and think the idea can be extended to looking after the interests of one's employer as well as paying taxes.

I hope SMU's next football HC is in Dallas because he wants to take care of the football program.

If JJ, or any person, feels called to a ministry, that's fine. Let him or her go there. But the compensation that permits the activity should come from a religious group and not from sports boosters.
