Texas still has the money to get Saban if Saban wants to go to Texas. Plus he may have agreed to the extension but may not have signed it. Either way Mack Brown is not going quietly.

Right - We shall see. I remember when Todd Graham signed an extension only to bolt a week later.

UT fans were so nonchalant thinking its done for sure.

Saban signed the extension this afternoon and got what he wanted: more money for his asst. coaches. He has signed a fantastic recruiting class. He works non stop, believe me. I wish someone else had the same work ethic.

Same thing June Jones is trying to do at SMU. He will sign the extension but he wants the IPF, the academic standards reduced and more money for staff (hopefully for recruiting).

Do you pay attention to what you write? Are you June's bratty little kid?

Did you read what I wrote? Saban used the "interest" from Texas as "leverage" in his negotiation for a raise and other things he wanted. June Jones is doing that same "leverage" tactic to get us to concede some things. I'm sorry I quoted TidePony by accident, it is usually how I reply to threads...

And the stadium light poles moved 8 inches toward the equator.

The Whorens are now being called out. These people are certifiable. Hopefully, they don't reflect the majority of Texas fans.
