I give up. Trying to care about smu football and actually talk to the few fans that are left is like swimming against the current.

The rest are like typical SMU [deleted]. I make over $250k a year. You do too? ok. Lets all post about that.

The low expectations crowd and the "well, next year will stink but then we will get a new coach" crowd just don't get it. The fact that you write off next year over $5M is what's wrong with this program and its fans.

Just to be clear... in what context do you use the term "stand up"? Is incessant posting on the evils of June Jones the definition of "standing up"? One would think the best example of "standing up" would be a personal meeting with June Jones or his superior(s) for the airing of grievances. You know, just like we all do for Festivus. Berg- just for your FYI - I was using the term 'stand up' to mean that you no longer are part of the sheeple. You will stand up and let the admin. know that you will no longer support their passion for mediocrity by not buying fball tickets, not giving to the university and not giving donations to the MC until a major change is made. BTW- I suspect that there are far more than 6 who are p!ssed about jj still being here and having been given an extension.

Everyone else has either 1. left PF to the pay sites, CP, or no board, or 2. Quit SMU football. And I dont blame them.
