He walked on at Tech when it look like Brewer was going to be the heir apparent. Maybe he likes a challenge and he's already proven he can play in the Big 12.

I think we have like 12 scholarship QB's. That said we would be foolish not to take a kid that has Big 12 experience and literally tore us a new arsehole.
