I forgot that someone wanted to hire Junesus. But, they sobered up and hired a real coach. If jones had done a good job, we wouldn't be stuck with him.
My only point was that smart ADs don't worry about hiring a guy who might leave. If LV hires Petrino and he leaves again, it was a good hire. Obrien was a good hire for PSU b/c he had the chance to leave. Houston hired Briles and Sumlin. Even though they left, they were great hires.
Bad hires are guys like Weis and Junesus who won't leave because they can't.
