You're kidding right! Absolutely not, this is prime recruiting time and signing day is in a week and a half.

No, it ended January 15-you can still contact recruits anyway-plus the period between January 15-through signing date and beyond is one of the most important periods for closing on 2014 recruits and perhaps more importantly evaluating 2015 recruits. SMU is behind every other Texas school in getting out 2015 offers. About 1/4th of the Top 100 for 2015 have already committed

June Jones at the Hawaii Sony Tournament Pro-Am week of January 9. He obvious had completed canvassing the Class of 2015 so party on!!!

This is right in the crucial point of the contact period to focus on securing your verbal commits and on strengthening the class. Meanwhile the sob lazy-ass jones is in Hawaii. For him, it appears the whole year is dead ( aka island time) as far as recruiting is concerned.
