Disgusting and embarassing for a program with as much potential and resources as SMU. Yet here we are giving this fraud an extension. That's why you won't see me at Ford next year. I can't watch someone who is supposed to be the leader of this program destroy it and make off with millions. Screw that. Hopefully I can come back to Ford in '15.

Just to add to that, right now on ESPN, we are 7th or 8th in the conference, ahead of memphis and uconn and probably tied with Temple. If you take out Rutgers and Louisvlle, we are 5th or 6th, and the newcomers are all behind us. Still not good, but another measure.

That assumes we keep this class. Numbers seem to be dwindling every day.

Mentioned walking on to either Arizona St or Oklahoma St. . . Would prefer to walk on, and pay out of state tuition, than to play for June & his coaching staff.

Is this class the biggest "diamond in the rough" recruiting class since Cavan or Bennett was here?

I don't think we've ever finished in the 100s but Bennett had some around 95-but this is arguably the worst because there are minimal limitations on the talent pool. Still trying to hold on to a couple
While June was partying on his Worldwide Tour-TCU has already gotten 7 commitments for the Class of 2015 and they are definitely top recruits

Bennett's first couple of classes were actually not that bad. It steadily declined after the 0-12 season.

This is where an AD has to exert his power. If a coach is not recruiting and riding out his contract then the ad has to step in now and terminate the contract and fight any buyout. Maybe bring up the non-recruiting efforts. Miss out on a year or two recruiting will affect the program for years to come when it is so close if it only had a good, young leader and staff ready to work the great state of Texas.
