Unfortunate that police corruption still runs rampant, especially when it is one of your own. Hopefully the allegations aren't true.

He is the cousin of former SMU safety Jamey Harper. His nickname was peanut when he played for SMU. I predict that A) there is more to this story. B) the accuser will become a millionaire by suing DPD
