Glad to hear he is putting in the work. Seems like a good guy and would like to see him contribute next year.

Posted the link the other day, and today I ran into LeRibeus. Our conversation included:
• He looks like he has leaned down a little which made him laugh — he said he actually is about the same or "maybe added a pound or two" (although he didn't say since WHEN those pounds might have been added). He was on the sideline at an SMU game during the season, I think in October, and he looks leaner and stronger. He said he has been working out hard in Arlington with former SMU tackle J.T. Brooks.
• He said he was not happy to see Mike Shanahan get fired, because he doesn't like to see anyone lose a job. He has not yet met Jay Gruden, but he's thrilled that Gruden kept offensive line coach Chris Foerster.
• Said he could play backup center, if asked.
• Said he's going to show up "in great shape" and that he "can't wait" for OTAs and training camp, because he has something to prove.

Interesting. I remember Josh having weight problems at SMU "XBox 360" but also playing well for the Skins in games vs Dallas and Seattle in 2012 season
