Eh. Even if you get the best teams you sometimes get a dud game. There were BCS bowl games that were duds, too - Notre Dame - Bama.

I was disappointed in the game and I was disappointed for Manning. I like him and wanted him to get another. I genuinely believe they could play that game again and it could have turned out exactly the opposite.
