This horrible TCU ad just showed up on the homepage.

It's a google ad so it used your history as the basis for the advertisement. You are the only one to blame.

Yes, it happened to me a few weeks ago and still does, sometimes.....BUT I haven't been to any tcu websites....

It could have been any minor link to it that could hit anything from your area that is nearby. It would randomly assign you an ad and it can randomly say "Give her an ad with a school in the area" or any type of algorithm like that. Maybe your interest in SMU made the bots go "She likes that area, give her a school around it."
