Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectGood for GG. I hope for and wish him the best. He has all the tools and always has ... some time pie has to bake a little longer. He is a solid young man of high character ... impossible to root against.
Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectCouldn't agree more
Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectI really want him to get picked in the draft, I believe he has all the tools to be an NFL QB.

Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectIf you look at all of the big time qb's that we played in the past two years (Carr, Bortles, Manziel) can you really say that any of them are better than GG? Manziel is the only one who was more talented.
Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospect
Bortles and Manziel performed better than Gilbert, Carr played like crap. Though all three have much better overall performance records/film which is why they'll be drafted much higher than Gilbert. Last edited by sbsmith on Thu Apr 24, 2014 9:46 am, edited 1 time in total.

Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectManziel was lucky against us (well, the first time...)

Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectI wish gg was healthy for that ucf game and had gotten the chance to play against bortles this year. Its certainly possible any of those "top 4" guys in the draft could go to a bad situation (ie oakland / cleveland) and have their talent wasted while a GG type of guy falls to a team that allows him to develop and he could come out with the better nfl career.

Re: Nice write-up on Gilbert as pro prospectI really believe Garrett will be good at the next level.
