They have 12 WRs in camp, so if he can make the practice squad, that'd be huge.
I always thought he he had a place somewhere in the league and I am very legitimately surprised it took him this long to at least get picked up. Good luck JJ.

Good luck JJ. Kid was robbed of a redshirt year that would've been incredibly valuable in 2015 both for us and him. 1 catch against Navy. What a waste.

Congrats to JJ, hopefully makes the P-Squad and continues to hone his craft and develop. You never know maybe he gets a chance later in the season due to injuries like DJ did in Atlanta.

Glad he is getting the chance, thought the Patriots are contractually committed to a lot of receivers - those most of them are outside guys. Hopefully practice squad, or if a slot guy doesn't perform/gets hurt he gets a chance.

Jeremy Johnson was in the recruiting class that started my freshman year of college and has always been a favorite of mine. I always thought hed be a great replacement to beasley and I liked that he played qb in high school. Loved his plays agianst tcu in OT to win it and his 2 pt conversion catch against rutgers. I hope he sticks, Brady could make him a great nfl wideout
