Former SMU and current Denver Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders will host his first camp this weekend at SMU's Gerald J. Ford Stadium! Among those scheduled to join Sanders' camp staff are former SMU cornerback and current Arizona Cardinal Bryan McCann, former SMU safety and current Dallas Cowboy Sterling Moore, Denver Broncos cornerback (and 2013 Pro Bowler) Aqib Talib, Pitttsburgh Steelers (and two-time Pro Bowl) receiver Antonio Brown and nine-year NFL veteran cornerback Chris Harris.
ATTEND
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. for 7-13 age group and 1:00 p.m. for campers in the 14-18 age group. Please have the Emmanuel Sanders Waiver Form filled out and signed upon arrival. You will also need to bring cleats to wear. Official Sanders Camp t-shirts will be handed out during registration.
LEARN
Campers will work with professional athletes and coaches to learn football fundamentals and tips on how to excel on the field. Activities include: 3-cone drills, sprint training, one-on-ones, ladder drills, and even a touchdown celebration dance-off.
SCORE
Once the planned activities on the field come to a close, each camper will be fed and will receive a gift basket to take home. There will also be an autograph session with Emmanuel Sanders and the other athletes in attendance.
