I figured around four touchdowns.

That's a lot of points to give!

The line for BU vs. UCF was -17 and we know how that ended up. Quit now if you want...

The line back in 2012 was Baylor -7 or thereabouts depending on which book you look at and we know how that ended up.

They will beat us by 40-60 points. 30 is being way way way too generous.

Blake bortles was the first quarterback taken in the draft this year.
Burcham looks like pop warner player from what we've seen.
Bryce Petty is already in the conversation for the Heisman if he just plays like himself.

I have no idea what you're trying to compare, but there is none. 30 is being nice

UCF getting penetration up front really seemed like it disrupted Baylor's offense last year in the Fiesta Bowl.

Darrian, Beau, Zach, Zelt, Stephon, etc. will have their work cut out for them. If Petty has all day to throw to his fleet of 4.4 WRs it will get ugly fast.

I'm trying to stay positive in what looks like a potential slaughter at face value. I am hoping the guys go all out and we have surprises such as Matt Davis breaking out and being way better than GG, Gresham starting, our Oline being solid, new secondary proving they are better, etc. It's really all about confidence. If you come in thinking you will get blown out, you are already defeated without even playing the first down. Have a game plan, follow through and win the game. Easier said than done, but go Mustangs. I will never surrender to an always will be a piece of [deleted], thug program like the Baylor program.

Clearly you haven't witnessed season opening games during the JJ era................

If there's anything I know, it's to take the team playing SMU the first game of the year.

Put $1,000 on BU.

Sorry, not trying to be Debbie Downer, just trying to make that paper.

I'm not clear on how any player could possibly be "way better" than GG was last year. He didn't have a lot to work with.

QB was not our problem last year. Whether or not it is this year remains to be seen.

I wish I could argue with the 30 point line. With Baylor's fondness for running up the score… I think it's low. Maybe VERY low.
