Has anybody received and/or heard what the plan is for distribution of UNT tickets? Next weekend is not that far off. (Not looking for discussion of virtues of going to the game).

I went to their website which redirected me to a ticket master type thing. I had my tickets emailed to me to print at home.

http://www.meangreensports.com/tickets/

OK, it was literally ticket master.

Posted too soon. When I got home tonight tickets were in mail. I guess I was expecting a email notification like the Baylor game. Section 124. Corner of the end zone. I guess nobody gives visitors decent seats except SMU.

We really do need to stop being so accommodating to visitors - or at least remember what other schools have done to us and repay the favors when they visit us. (ticket location, parking passes, etc.)

Is it naive to think that I will just be able to show up on gameday and buy tickets day of event?

From Wikipedia: Official home attendance figures for the team's first two seasons at Apogee Stadium averaged around 18,900 per game, which is a little over 60% of its capacity of 30,850.

That's what I'm planning to do. If all else fails, they sell "general admission" passes.
