Boise's trashing by Ole Miss speaks irrelevancy for them. MWC has no matchups that are tv worthy for them. BYU is feeling the pinch from the SEC and others that won't schedule them, but will schedule AAC. I can see stragglers, best of G4 uniting into AAC. It will give their schools a better chance to recruit and win instead of going solo.

What if Utah State beats Tennessee (not too far fetched) and runs the table behind a dynamic QB in Chuckie Keeton? The MWC would would certainly have some desirable TV matchups then.

And no, Utah State will never be a desirable matchup. All I alluded was to a disappointing Boise performance, BYU feeling pressure and other issues we may not be seeing. This could trigger the top teams to band together and form a best of G5 conferences instead of going solo with a weak MWC.
