Which Direction do we go??

For next years HC and staff?
1) Experienced proven commodity
2) Young up and coming HC that shows tons of promise
3) Seasoned Coordinator
Its one of those three. Could get a number 1 who is a big name but damaged goods kind or guy with something to prove - i think that would be my preference but not sure we can get that through RGT.
I like the idea of number 2, and then take the 800k you save on his salary and go hire the three best recruiters in college football.
Which Direction do we go??
