I believe the entire staff was in the same shirt. Looked good. I did not like burning the red shirt on the young QB. Not sure this was the game in which to do it. You need to see if either Davis or Burcham can play without running for their lives first.

Which young qb had his red shirt burned?

Wasn't Cassel already redshirted?

Yeah uni's are classy and classic.

I was one of first to bust on Baylor's stadium but it looked good under the Sunday night lights.

Cassell is a redshirt freshman. He redshirted last year.

For once there was solid tackling in the first game. Our D was solid on tackles. I didn't see as many arm tackles as usual. WE just are not physical enough up front against better talented teams.

Sorry about that. The announcers said true freshman and I did not know. I have no problem with them playing him then.

Well, at least the uniforms are fantastic. Our butts got handed to us, but they looked fabulous.

Seriously, I think the D played out of their minds considering the amount time that they were on the field and even without their QB, Baylor's offense is very good. Ugly as it was, it could have gotten much more out of hand. And I don't think anyone got hurt that I recall.

The offense... was offensive.

Defense was decent. Did fairly well against the run...especially considering the defense was on the field 75% of the game.
