Faculty and staff had to get their two free tickets in advance for the A&M game. Normally, they can walk up, show their ID and get in with a guest. A faculty friend of mine got her two tickets and inquired about buying extras. Apparently only $50 lawn seats are available. The ticket lady was asked, "Are Aggies paying $50 and up for tickets?" Ticket lady responded, "Oh yeah, I'm an Aggie and I would definitely pay that. The tickets are going for $200 on Stubhub."
Opposing school alumni in the AD are always fun. Also, I thought that there were $80 mini-plans for TCU, A&M and UH. Maybe the A&M tickets in that pool were for lawn seats because endzone seats are, or were, $70.
