It's too bad there are no former players that have advanced up through the coaching ranks (I dont mean HS or naia school). Uteps guy - Who is making 280k-coached in NFL and on multiple college staffs. Came back because of loyalty to the school. No idea how that is/will pan out, but not an option we have
