... and was so respected in the coaching ranks that NOBODY offered him a job this past off season.
Orgeron is a good recruiter and a good defensive line coach. He's not a head coach.

This exactly. All for hiring him on the staff but it would be a disaster of a head coach

Posted: Mon Sep 08, 2014 5:32 pmhe was in the Blind Side too when he coached at Ole Miss. Cajun sounding and recognized as one of the top recruiters over 2 decades. I really don't think you have to have that guy at head coach. You need a bunch of those guys on your staff though
