Tom Mason has coached a long time … It's a prideful program, some prideful coaches. Even if he were approved as a consultant-he couldn't coach on the field or call plays. Somebody got in trouble for that recently-USC? I don't even think they can coach during practice. They can consult with the coaches and university officials

I don't understand the coach's speak about how they don't know what they will face and all the proide SMU and its coaches have. Why don't they just come out and say that they have ever confidence in the outcome and look forward to next week's opponent.

Its almost laughable how measured their comments are. This thing will be over by the end of the first quarter.
