Clemson v. FSU

Postby Puckhead48E » Sat Sep 20, 2014 10:15 pm

Am I supposed to be rooting for or against Clemson? Does either really help us getting Chad Morris?

And...how the hell do you not notice that your star player is fully dressed-out leaving the locker room when you told him to be in street clothes? What is in the water down there?!?

Clemson winning does not affect us. Morris will still come here. They lost to Georgia and are out of the playoff

I am watching this game hoping to see Rick Hart on the sidelines stalking Chad Morris.

He does perpetuate douchbaggery on a global scale. Watched his "apology" press conference in which he basically apologized to his teammates for the school being such dicks to him. That school has such integrity issues it is a joke.

FSU may win, however, as it seems we can confirm that Chad Morris has had contact with SMU...or at least if he has then that might explain the poor tackling and several horrible plays shown by Clemson in this game. It's the SMU bad-tackle contact high.

Bring us a hurry up offensive Texas guy or an old guy who has won the national title. Chad Morris is all hype!

This pretty much kills Clemson's shot at winning the ACC so Morris will be available to interview shortly after their game against South Carolina on 11/29. Knocking off the #1 team on the road with a true freshman QB would have made him virtually impossible to get not that he'll be all that easy to get anyway.

Can we please hire someone with a track record of winning championships at the highest level. Morris does not fit that model.

Morris may not fit that but neither is SMU a championship team

You mean someone like Mack Brown or Phil Fulmer? They're about as good as we'll be able to do while satisfying that criteria and the SMU job is a much different one than the football factories they were previously fired from. We should be trying to find the next great coach not some has-been trying to fill their retirement coffers.
