Stop being stupid. SMU can win without getting another death penalty. See teams like UCF, ECU and what TCU did. Just have to get a good coach and good administrative support.

At this point the NCAA is impotent and a national joke. They tried to make themselves look relevant when they busted us but it will never happen again with us or anyone else. I havent noticed any winning programs going out of their way to comply with anything. Mostly what we will see from here on out are inelibility issues connected to agents, profiting from the use of likeness, etc.
