I think that it probably is, when you get blown out in 4 out of 5 games (ranked teams and unranked teams), and the one game that isn't a blow out is a 21-point loss.
I tracked the most outscored teams below. But, it really almost doesn't mean anything, when the opposing teams stop trying to score (like Cincy at the end of this game) or they get criticized by the announcers when they do (like A&M at the end of first half earlier this season).
