Legit recruiter but will be a first time DC, definitely worth it because it was the only way to get him on staff.

I'll take a young staff of hungry recruiters who have some adjusting to do in the playcalling department over a more group of more "experienced" coordinators who are forced to work with a total void of talent

I think it his worth HCCM giving him an opportunity. He can't do to much worse than we are now plus he can really recruit.

LB is neither old or tired. At this rate LB has at least 70-80 more years.
