I actually like the idea of having younger coaches that can all coach their positions but also recruit like champs...but after all is said and done, will we have the youngest coaching staff in the nation next year?

I confess I haven't done any research on other staffs, but here is our likely group next year:

HC Morris 46
DC Malone 43
RB Mathis 38
WR Stepp 31
OL Fry 31
OC Craddock 29

Possible/rumored additions:
DB Loepp 37
DL McDaniel 31

I guess my only concern is lack of experience. We should have the recruiting box checked but actual college game-day experience?

How far did all that experience get us before? It certainly can't get any worse.

Not too young. I think Tech's is likely younger and I think there are others. About same age as Ron Meyer's first Coaching Staff. I actually think its just right. Oh I wouldn't mind a few older coordinators but I'm not worried about it

Just an FYI, that means we have 1 more coaching position to fill, a LB coach. No ST coach, so any thoughts on which coach would pick up that responsibility? Or does a grad student do that?
