Which brings up the question of: Who decides which conferences make up the P5?
Could the AAC someday build their programs and overtake the B10?
This is why I was not impressed when the AAC conference admitted Tulsa and Tulane.

To me, Power means you make 15million more per year tv revenue than non-power teams.

it clearly doesn't mean you are a good conference of high performing teams, or the Big 10 would have been out a long time ago.
