A List Coach Who Loves Dallas

Wish we had room for him. Would have been a home run DC choice. I'm sure he will get a P5 or NFL Job soon. He considers Dallas home!!!

Not to be harsh... but... great coaches don't tend to go an entire year without a job.

According to the article he seems to have success wherever he goes. Something is missing

I wonder why he doesn't have a job, would have been a fun hire here as well.

Coaching isn't just about X's and O's but relationships as well. Look at SMU or any of the other schools with new coaching staffs. While quality is important, HC only hire guys they know. CP has split his career between the NFL and college so he probably doesn't have the same number of relationships in college football as others do.

This guys seems to be fairly under the radar, if he's still unemployed maybe we can bring him in as a position coach/[deleted]. d-coordinator.
