Would like to watch it, if so. I know they've broadcast some events (like the Morris hiring press conference) on YouTube before

Please note - the evening event will not be streamed. Only the 3 p.m. press event will be shown online.

Probably not because I think it's a paid event. But, my question for SID is, why not charge to watch it streaming also for those of us not in the area? Any potential loss of revenue for those that stay at home locally and not come because of the streaming would be way more than made up for by opening it up to the international alumni/fan base.

SMU athletics needs to do A LOT more streaming online of events for all us remote. Many of us would pay for it. A potentially substantial revenue source. Along those same lines, we need much more alumni network coordination for #lockingarms! Any efforts underway there?

I don't understand. I pay money for a ticket to a game, but I can watch it at home on my TV or computer for free. How is this any different? Get a company to sponsor it. No one is not going to the event tonight solely because they don't want to pay $25, that's ludicrous. I want to hear Chad talk!

Due to contractual obligations with CBS, the event today is behind a paywall. We stream Coach Brown's post-game pressers the same way, and, with Coach Morris planning a weekly media event as opposed to daily availability, we'll stream those, too.

We will post the composite highlight video with Coach Morris' voice-overs late tonight or tomorrow.

Say I was a good fan and decided to purchase the necessary things to watch this. How would I do that? And will any past events be archived there as well?

And, not that we don't want the revenue, but we WILL post it on YouTube (free) as soon as we can get it uploaded after the PC (90 minutes or so). CBS just won't let us stream live for free.

What about on a seven-second delay? :)
