I assume there will be a detailed report later but for those of us who couldn't make it, how did the team look?

Not looking for a break down, just basics...did the offense move the ball? How did the new system look? Does this team look like it could possibly be competitive in 2015?

Going to be a rough year. I missed the 1st Q but offense had trouble sustaining any "drives" and lots of O-line breakdowns. Looks like a 2-3 win year to me.

Not so much.

A lot of starters where on the sidelines or in the stands-gonna be a fun year-I love building years when you are damn confident you're going to get there. Its going to be sweet when we get there

It's all good. Just gotta steal a few on the road and win all the games that aren't already penciled in!

Appreciate the feedback everyone. Honestly 1-11 isn't THAT unbearable..it's 1-11 with the worst defense and offense in the nation that made it the worst. So 2-10/4-8 with a team that actually makes a couple of the losses interesting will be very refreshing.

This is the attitude to have. We will not be good this year. Get ready. But you can see there is a plan and a road map to recruiting to get there.

I think it's a work in progress. But please, do remember today was vanilla with a limited playbook and CM did not show all his cards.

Sadly, this is true.

I'm not that fimilar with the other rosters in our conference but I'd be surprised if there's a better looking pro prospect than Sutton. He's the real deal.

I do not know his speed and could not tell. Is he fast? He certainly looks the part.

Rivals has his 40 at a 4.58. His size and ability to go after the ball is so impressive. I posted after one of the practices a couple of weeks ago that he was impressive.

Sounds good. Hard to tell his speed against us.
