I have been monitoring sites / twitter and I have not heard a thing. I was expecting to hear sothing in June / announcement...

Will get announced at the start of school. They want to get maximum pub out of the announcement from the SMU faithful - helps ticket sales and builds enthusiasm. No need to announce it when everyone is on summer break and not paying attention.

Morris and the staff are telling every recruit/parent/coach about it and showing renderings. Question is when we will actually break ground. Tons of construction going on right now (as always).

They can ride the "tons of construction" excuse out for a few more years until Morris gets mad, tries to leave, has a player write a letter to the daily compost, stops trying, stops recruiting,and starts throwing games

Everything is in place but the money. If anyone here has it, they will break ground quickly.
