well, look at it this way, if he's pushing for people hashtagging #ponyup whenever some idiot that listens to pop-country searches #ponyup smu stuff will pop up. can't hurt our brand awareness, and we've had it in publication/use for a while so even if we didn't our atty's could make a good case for it.
