What a wild ride coach Riley has been on the past few months.

It is interesting to hear the details on how this staff will manage player selection.

I am looking forward to seeing his impact on teams this fall!

Go Mustangs!

Fascinating guy. Best part was when he quoted HCCM saying whatever (players) Riley needs, Riley gets. Sounds like special teams are a priority.

Sounds like he will instill fundamentals right off the bat. That alone should make things better.

Sounds like he's not allowed to actually coach

Technically, he's an analyst, so you're sort of right. He can talk to the other coaches on the field at practice, and during games, he can watch and take notes, and offer feedback during the week. So he basically will coordinate the special teams, but will teach other coaches (Gunn and Stepp, I believe — maybe others) to do the on-field teaching.
