Oh EJ don't be a bad sport. Katie's just a better writer and actually understand football.

Prescott isn't the fastest but in a two back system he is can be consistent and reliable lead blocker, protection for the QB, and source of leadership. With KC apparently out for the season, the two true freshman will definitely be able to show their speed on the field and mistakes. Still interested to see what Gresham can do on the field.

Brother Zach was not the fastest either, but he did a terrific job of running smart and following his blockers.

Agreed. Zach line was powerful and had excellent vision down the field and that made up for his lack of foot speed. Prescott can make huge contributions in this offense, particularly in blocking and short yardage situations.
I don't know what you're doing as a parent knuckle up but keep it up...those kids of yours are physical monsters.

You so funny. No relationship. Sorry to bust you bubble. Zach proved the doubters wrong as will Prescott. Best thing is all of us are slinging our opinions, fortunately coach June nor Coach morris turn to us for direction. They did and will play the best players.

My mistake. I saw in another thread someone said you were Prescott lines dad.

Prescott is a valuable piece b/c of his versatility and his ability to pick up the blitz, but he doesn't really resemble anything like the feature backs Morris had at Clemson (i.e. Andre Ellington). I fully expect Xavier Jones to be a big part of our running attack as the year progresses and he gets more playing time.
