Re: The Mustang Drill
hmmm, novel thought here, but maybe preparing yourself to the experience of being hit in practice prepares you for the actual hits you'll take in a game so you DON'T FLINCH or more importantly, GET INJURED because you don't know how to absorb a hit. Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
Re: The Mustang Drill
C'mon Dutch, now you're just making crap up! Everyone knows that touch football is just fine for those with the proper brain map. This is just plain dangerous; teaching football players how to ACTUALLY play football? Please. "I don't think anyone around the country has any idea how good we are going to be." - Coach Justin Stepp
GO MUSTANGS!!!!
Re: The Mustang Drillwhat's next? coaches actually coaching and not just sitting on their [deleted] collecting a fat paycheck? i don't know, boys, this sounds like something out of a fairy tale. #tempo

Re: The Mustang DrillThis cannot be real, TACKLING AND CONTACT? What's next? Winning games?!?! Penciling in losses is a time proven art that has worked well the last 30 years. Preposterous!
Re: The Mustang DrillI dont know... there was some contact but not a whole lot of tackling going on in the video I saw on Twitter... unless you count the O-line taking down the D-line!
