This is not the overall team GPA or anything.
Again, it's obviously an improvement over the past, but we're talking about June here, so everything is going to be an improvement

How do you know that does not include upperclassmen?

I'm sure Houston is worried about high summer GPA's for their 4 star recruits. Just keep them eligible and win.
