Rice at #9? Must be a typo. If Rice is #9 behind Texas State (or NTSU, don't know thanks to the picture) and TTU then bogus is the only words to describe this ranking. Also, there is no mention about the criteria for ranking. For all w know this was based on the closest bong shops to campus.

The campus of Texas Tech in Lubbock is centrally located and thoroughly integrated into the community.

Translation: Lubbock is a dust-covered [deleted] hole that happens to have a university smack in the middle of it. At least he recognized SMU as essentially the school to go to if you want a grown-up job when you graduate.
