With that arrest record WSU should have a better team than they did last year. The SEC has about ten teams in that top 20.

My FSU coworker was shocked they were only ranked 10th.
There has to be some sort of formula to figure predicted record based on prior years arrest numbers.
Then again, any formula would have to take into account places like FSU...where the local police enjoy fanboy status.

Looks like the SEC is top 25 in a lot of area's ....12 teams represented. WSU problem is probably boredom ... Pullman is very isolated, nothing to do in Pullman or within a 75-100 mile radius.
