This is my list in order.
1. Memphis 2. Houston 3. Temple 4. ECU (depending on if the new QB does well)
Give your list.

I like your list but I would slot Navy in at #3 and drop Temple out of the top 4.

Nope, but if we played Cinci they would be first. I think that they are going to go undefeated in conference. They are really tough.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't this guy JUST win the job a few days before the first game? Sounds like if that's the case there isn't a huge drop off between number 1 and number 2.
I understand the excitement and smelling blood in the water but let's be reasonable. Them losing one player doesn't suddenly mean their entire roster is no longer filled with superior talent across the board.

Navy needs to be in there...that offense is brutal on D-line and linebackers, and could be the hardest game to prep for and recover from.

Their QB and WR and OC had a huge impact on the effectiveness of their team last season and all three are gone. I understand your point - we don't know if the competition was close because all three are good or nobody stood out - but regardless I think it is safe to assume a dropoff from last year until they prove otherwise.

I also see that point but I consider how "close" last year's game was to be a fluke. Even without their oc, qb, and wr they are still more talented and deeper at just about every position. Even if this injury makes them more beatable they are still not a toss up in the least bit. Beating ecu will still VERY much so be an upset.

Completely agree, but Temple is stacked with 19 returning starters, Navy is going to run all over us and Houston and Memphis are Houston and Memphis. This was going to be a transition year for ECU one way or another after losing so many playmakers, but ECU was very high on beckert and without him, it's going to be a lot tougher on them. They're grinders though. Ruffin McNeil will get the best out of them.

Not saying ECU is going to suck, just that they aren't in the top 4. Houston, Memphis, Navy, Temple.
